Since 1972, Cummins Facility Services (CFS) has provided janitorial services, floor/carpet care, and a full range of high quality services that safely and dependably clean, protect, and maintain our customer’s facilities.
CFS is expanding and looking for a Full-Time Area Manager to be based out of Findlay, Ohio.
Our Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing cleaning services. This is a 2nd shift position.
Responsibilities include: staffing each location within budget, ensuring each employee is trained and supported to safely perform quality cleaning services, preparing reports and electronic communications, managing each site’s cleaning product inventory, performing cleaning duties if your staff is absent, communicating with the customers and performing regular visits to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs consistently with or without accommodations.
- Three years of related experience or a combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in the cleaning industry or similar field is preferred, but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
