We are looking for a talented AR Analyst to join our team in Memphis, TN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Assists with preparation of basic financial analyses and reports for management. Supports the annual budget and forecasting processes. Performs activities under direct supervision.
- Assists with monthly close activities.
- Assists with preparation of tables, charts and other exhibits for financial reports.
- Assists with analyzing basic financial data to support departmental forecasts and budgets.
- Prepares basic reporting for management under direct supervision.
- Supports other daily financial processes for basic transactions required for purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, requests for checks and questions concerning monthly budget data.
- Participates in special projects as assigned.
- Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Manage Accounts Receivable Processes for the MDC
- Prepare key accounting entries for variable compensation, benefits, prepayments and liability accruals.
- Assist with Month-End Close (A/R & Other Journal Entries)
- Account Analysis and Reconciliations
- Invoice Customers
- Resolve Invoice Issues/Disputes
- Daily A/R Tracking
- Manage the Intercompany A/R Database
- Special Projects as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
