- Efficient Coordination : By managing project schedules, resources, equipment, and information, you will ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Liaising with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives will help meet their needs and ensure project success.
- Central Point of Contact : Serving as the go-to person for Legal Department IT Technology questions will streamline communication and support.
- Training and Development : Developing and updating training materials, process manuals, and job aids will enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
- Creative Communication : Writing, designing, and maintaining content for various platforms will keep the Legal Department informed and engaged.
- Hiring Process Support : Coordinating interviews and onboarding activities will ensure a smooth and organized hiring process.
- Community Management : Maintaining newsletters and communities will foster a sense of connection and keep everyone updated on important news and events.
- Continuous Improvement : Supporting Functional Excellence project leaders with communication and presentation items will contribute to ongoing improvements and success.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Creative Communication Design : Present information compellingly through storytelling, using appropriate tools and media to create high-quality visual and experiential content.
- Digital Media Savvy : Leverage current and emerging digital media strategies to influence target audiences and drive desired actions.
- Stakeholder Management : Anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met.
- Planning and Alignment : Plan and prioritize work effectively to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

- Compliance Assessments: Conducting regular reviews of customer records and processes to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement as well as updating compliance library.
- Policy Enforcement: Adherence to customer-related compliance policies, while protecting Cummins’ risk.
- Training: Providing training and information to internal stakeholders and external customers regarding compliance requirements.
- Reporting & Escalation: Identifying and reporting any compliance concerns or potential violations to upper leadership within the company.
- Regulatory Updates: Staying informed about changes in customer compliance regulations and updating internal procedures/library accordingly.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to review and analyze customer data to identify potential compliance risks.
- Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer information and compliance checks.
- Communication skills: Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers, to explain compliance requirements and address concerns.
- Problem-solving abilities: Ability to identify and resolve compliance issues proactively. Capability to comprehend and identify potential business risks in external customer forms/portals, documents, and requests. Knowledge of the CSSNA business unit segments and hierarchy.
