Job Summary:
This role will involve coordinating with customers, reviewing work orders, and providing status updates on repair work. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, prior experience in service & repair, and excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty.
- Provide status updates to customers on repair work.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in service & repair or warranty-related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
