In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Ensuring Equipment Availability : By troubleshooting, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems, you'll keep equipment available and capable, ensuring smooth production operations.

Promoting Safety : Adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, and reporting hazards, you'll contribute to a safe working environment and prevent injuries.

High-Quality Workmanship : Applying high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, you'll support equipment uptime and perform quality inspections to maintain product standards.

Effective Maintenance : Performing preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, you'll help reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Training and Coaching : Instructing and coaching others, you'll share your expertise and help develop the skills of less experienced team members.

Continuous Improvement : Participating in continuous improvement activities, you'll help identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes.

Environmental Responsibility : Recognizing and minimizing the environmental impact of your work, you'll contribute to the company's sustainability efforts.

Team Collaboration : Communicating effectively with your team and support teams, you'll foster a collaborative work environment and participate in training and development activities.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Prefer significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

Industrial Manufacturing Experience Preferred

Ability to weld with Stick, Mig.

Ability to read and understand hydraulic schematics
