- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct 3P-5Whys root cause analysis to identify and eliminate recurring issues.
- Training: Provide training on AIAG core tools, such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA, to empower employees with knowledge and skills needed to maintain high-quality standards.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze audit-related information to produce insightful reports supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
- IATF 16949 ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Training: Possess training in internal auditing for IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Six Sigma Green Belt: Possess or be willing to obtain Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- AIAG Core Tools: Be trained in AIAG core tools, including APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA.
