In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure Timely Parts Support: Guarantee that worldwide parts support is available at first shipment for less complex new product launches, ensuring smooth operations from the start.
- Provide Comprehensive Service Parts Support: Offer worldwide service parts support for current products, collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain seamless service.
- Develop Product Expertise: Cultivate deep product knowledge to fully support all distribution activities and service parts response requirements.
- Support QuickServe Readiness: Ensure readiness for the QuickServe process, enhancing service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Ethical Standards: Follow policies and procedures to maintain ethical and fair competition, fostering trust and integrity.
- Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Comply with all relevant standards, policies, and regulations to promote a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Identify Upselling Opportunities: Recognize and act on opportunities to upsell supporting products and services, adding value for customers.
- Guide Parts Personnel : Provide guidance to other parts personnel in sourcing and locating complex parts requests or finding alternatives, enhancing team capability and customer service.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Order Processing Skills : The ability to manage customer orders efficiently, from receipt through to resolution, ensuring all orders meet customer requirements.
- Understanding of Order Life Cycle : Knowledge of the end-to-end order life cycle and how it interconnects with customer support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Supply Chain Expertise : The capability to explain and manage the integration of information, products, and services flow, balancing inventory, cost, and delivery to achieve desired results.
- Intuitive Listening and Solution Adaptation : Skills in actively listening to customer and stakeholder needs and translating them into actionable, value-adding solutions.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Minimal to intermediate level of relevant work experience required; Customer Order Management; customer facing; Supply Chain/Logistics.
