Warehouse Coordinator - Level III - 3rd Shift

Description

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Ladson, SC.

Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• A two-year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  
  

Experience

• Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• To support organizational goals, implement and manage operational systems, processes, and policies.
• Coordinating with department heads to align operational strategies across the organization.
• Monitoring and evaluating operational performance and recommending improvements.
• Providing guidance and support to operations personnel.
• Microsoft office (word, excel) preferred
• Outlook (email) preferred
• Experience with Management systems (WMS- Oracle SAP) preferred
• Create EOD reports.
• Great communication skills
• PIV experience (Forklift, Reach, Tugger) highly preferred
