Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and possess strong project management skills. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test
Scope of Responsibility:
Project Management:
Assist with projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from defining the production plan to closing out the project.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor production schedules, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Directly manage several fuel oil packaged systems and typical hydronic pump packages.
Work with purchasing and vendors to track inbound materials, expediting as needed to keep projects on schedule.
Technical Expertise:
Read and interpret mechanical drawings with a solid understanding of mechanical products.
Provide technical support to the sales team, identifying opportunities and assisting in negotiations with customers and suppliers.
Performance Measurement:
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Regularly report on project status, and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure timely resolution..
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Perform all other duties as assigned
