• Conduct Minor Repairs : Your skills in performing minor repairs, such as plumbing, floor repair, and wall patching, will address immediate issues and prevent them from escalating into larger problems.
• Operate and Maintain Equipment : By effectively operating and maintaining vehicle equipment and powered hand tools, you'll ensure that these tools are always ready for use, supporting various maintenance tasks efficiently.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Minimal or no work experience required.

Qualifications

Custodians: Local Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of lunchroom and equipment
• Inventory, order and storage of janitorial supplies
• Clean and upkeep plant restrooms, offices and all areas
• Clean and upkeep of locker room and display areas
• Maintain and upkeep plant floors, recyclables and trash
• Operation of powered scrubber and sweeper
• Maintain and upkeep of facility grounds
• Winter duties - snow shoveling, salting, etc.
• General cleaning, painting, misc. equipment maintenance
• Perform other duties as directed by the Facilities Manager
