It requires hands-on experience with new and seasoned machinery, engine control systems, cell control systems, and associated equipment. Additionally, the role includes supervisory responsibilities for 1-3 hourly Advance Manufacturing Associates (AMA) who support the same area and initiatives.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Supports/leads projects within the larger test area as needed.
- Leading process review, modification, approval, and implementation.
- Providing functional project support/lead for ER, PQP, RFT, BIS, and HSE issue resolution.
- Troubleshooting machine issues, including PLC and engine control systems.
- Coordinating and implementing new processes and equipment.
- Leading new option change implementation for assigned equipment/area.
- Working closely with skilled trades during repair and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborating with suppliers to source, design, and implement new equipment/machinery.
- Supporting production assembly operations.
- Participating in design reviews, troubleshooting events, and cross-functional teams to support plant initiatives, improvements, and goals.

Education/Experience
- College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
