We are looking for a talented a Bilingual Training Associate - Level III – Manufacturing to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fletcher, NC
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
Facilitate Training Programs : Support the facilitation of both general and specific training and development programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
Contribute to Program Design : Assist in the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training programs, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance learning experiences.
Collaborate with Vendors : Work with vendors and educational organizations to develop and deliver high-quality training programs, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
Develop Instructional Content : Provide input to instructional content, preparing materials such as participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids that align with corporate standards.
Conduct Needs Analysis : Assist with needs, audience, and task analysis to identify training requirements and provide input into effective solutions or changes.
Evaluate Training Programs : Conduct external research to identify and evaluate training programs from vendors and educational institutions, ensuring they meet the organization's needs.
Administer Learning Activities : Plan and administer various learning and development activities, including scheduling events, coordinating materials, and managing logistics to ensure successful training sessions.
Maintain Training Records : Keep detailed records and reports on training progress, using evaluation data to guide program revisions and improvements, and providing input for continuous enhancement.
