Digital Media Coordinator

CUMULUS MEDIA | Detroit, MI has an immediate opening for a part-time Digital Coordinator. The Digital Coordinator is an integral part of our media sales team and provides administrative support to the account executives & management team. The ideal candidate will be efficient, dependable, hardworking and can balance multiple deadline-oriented projects while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Primary role is acting as a liaison between our sales team, our clients, other inter-company departments and our digital vendors
• Organize and input both new and revised orders; assist in creating sales proposals, digital campaigns; and provide customer care to help overcome challenges and grow our business
• Prepares and assembles digital reports, recaps, and presentations
• Assist the Digital Sales Manager and the sales team with digital campaign launches and execution
• Work closely with our local social media team to assist with creative, content creation, campaign fulfillment, delivery and recaps
• Assist our continuity team by gathering copy for our digital audio campaigns
• Work with the Digital Sales Manager to complete weekly, digital reconciliation reports
• Work on highly time sensitive projects, adhering to deadlines
• Managing multiple project requests simultaneously with quick turnaround time
• Additional duties as designated by the Digital Sales Manager & Director of Sales

Qualifications:

• Experience in the digital space and/or working in digital marketing
• An understanding of Wide Orbit, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics & Campaign Dashboards is a plus
• Extensive computer skills including but not limited to extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, image manipulation, social media along with the understanding of digital advertising and assets involved
• Self-starter that is detail oriented, organized, and must be excellent at written and oral communication and possess strong multitasking skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and possess a team player attitude
• Aptitude to make decisions and work independently without immediate direction or supervision
