Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Oversees day-to-day operations and distribution of over 250 network programs
- Organize and run weekly team meetings to review projects and goals
- Create diagrams and other resources outlining technical paths for programming distribution
- Main liaison for WWO Traffic Operations
- Integrate commercial schedules/files into automation and satellite system headends
- Produce format clocks for various WWO shows
- Maintain technical documentation and updates on company website
- Produce daily programming discrepancy reports for company-wide distribution
- Provide affiliate receiver support and troubleshooting
- Collaborates with internal and external staffs on new programming initiatives
- Communicates with clients and internal staff regarding technical changes or issues
- Other duties as assigned
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Structured Training or Work Experience: Min 5 years of, IT and Customer Service experience preferred. Broadcast IT experience is a plus
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong background with Radio automation systems such as Imagine, NETIA, OpX, NEXGEN
- Knowledge of satellite distribution platforms including XDS and Wegener
- Experience with network scheduling systems such as Counterpoint
- Knowledge of network radio commercial scheduling, execution and reconciliation
- Foundation in networking knowledge/understanding with ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills; verbal and written
- Able to work and resolve problems independently with little supervision
