Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adjust driver schedules to meet operational requirements.
- Efficiently coordinate pickups and deliveries to ensure timely operations.
- Professionally resolve conflicts and manage unforeseen issues while maintaining calm under pressure.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle fleet.
- Ensure driver compliance with established responsibilities, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.
- Proficient in navigating and using various technology platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Active listener with a keen ability to think critically and problem-solve.
- High school diploma or GED required.
