A critical role for a relentless problem-solver who can diagnose and resolve inefficiencies across all departments (Operations, Dispatch, HR, Fleet). Begin your journey under the mentorship of the Leadership Team, and transition into autonomous leadership as you demonstrate impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Department Problem Resolution
- Identify systemic bottlenecks across all departments; design and implement solutions that prioritize simplicity and accountability.
- Audit workflows, clarify role expectations, and streamline communication to eliminate recurring issues.
2. Collaborative Execution
- Partner with teams to turn insights into action—no challenge is “out of scope.”
- Ensure solutions are scalable and measurable.
3. Ownership of Outcomes
- Define KPIs for every initiative.
- Report biweekly to the Leadership Team on progress, setbacks, and adjustments.
4. Leadership Growth
- Earn increased autonomy by consistently delivering results.
- Lead strategic projects independently within 6–12 months.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
