Cunningham Brothers Auto Parts LLC. is hiring an Office Assistant that will work directly with our Pick N Save locations in Rustburg and Roanoke, VA. The right candidate will complete the following.
- Answer all of the incoming phone calls for both Pick N Save locations.
- Ensure social media sites are up to date and accurate for both locations (posting sales, new arrivals, etc.).
- Respond to all Facebook inquiries for both locations from external customers.
- Assist with overflow for Pick N Save car-buying.
- Trained to work inbound counter as needed 1 to 2 Saturdays a month.
- Perform Exit Interviews with customers regarding their parts needs not being fulfilled.
- All other duties as assigned per the manager.
- Take initiative in this position.
