Circle Academy is a therapeutic day school that prepares and empowers students with emotional and behavioral challenges for successful experiences in school and in life. The school is seeking a Para-Educator Case Manager to assist in providing a structured, nurturing, and therapeutic learning environment for our K - 12 students. We are hiring for our Urbana, IL location.This position is the link between CIRCLE, the home school, the family, the courts, and other community agencies / programs. By building relationships with all stakeholders, students have the greatest opportunity to succeed. This position requires extensive documentation, organization, and planning skills. This role also requires someone who can work under pressure and meet deadlines; maintain confidentiality; and prioritize multiple responsibilities while working cooperatively with other members of the treatment team.Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human service field, and a minimum of an ISBE Type 39 Substitute Teacher license. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience working with students or youth with emotional and behavioral challenges preferred. IL Driver's License required.
