We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential Scheduling Coordinator to manage the centralized scheduling of shifts, supervise staff, and ensure smooth and efficient operations within our dynamic residential setting. This vital role is essential to maintaining a structured, supportive, and therapeutic environment for both staff and youth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centralized Scheduling Management
- Supervision of Evening Milieu Coordinators
- Training and Compliance
- Hiring Process
- Client Grievance Management
- On-Call Responsibilities
- Supervisory Collaboration
- Human Resources Interaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or a closely related human services field.
- Valid Illinois Driver’s License.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in residential treatment, with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with staff and provide effective supervision. Must meet the Medicaid Community Mental Health Services qualifications for a Mental Health Professional.
