Pay: $26.43 - $36.34 per hour
At Cunningham Children’s Home, we provide a therapeutic residential environment where treatment is integrated into the daily routines of youth, fostering learning and growth through every interaction. Our program serves emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth, offering opportunities for therapy and development throughout the day, every day.
We are seeking a full-time Therapist to provide assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and other mental health services to seriously emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and their families as well as clinical guidance to staff and consultation with collaterals.

General Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in human services, preferably social work, counseling, clinical, or counseling psychology.
- Previous clinical experience in child welfare, work with emotionally and/or behaviorally disturbed or developmentally delayed children/adolescents, and/or families is preferred.
- Valid IL Driver's License
- Self disciplined, well organized, and detail oriented.
- Highly developed understanding of confidentiality.
- Desire and ability to work cooperatively with a treatment team.
- Flexible scheduling.
