Job Overview : As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and the restaurant team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our concepts. Your commitment to excellence, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be essential to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supporting General Manager :
Collaborate with the General Manager in daily operations, planning, and decision-making.
Oversee and support the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and resolve any guest concerns or issues.
Participate in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
Assist in managing the budget, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
