We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls from customers who are looking to get a quote on auto insurance;
- Gathering and documenting client information, then transferring to sales vendors;
- Using rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns;
- Answering client questions accurately;
- Upselling products and services as required.
Work Schedule
The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
