As a Growth Product Marketing Manager at Cupix, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns for our SaaS products to attract new users, increase engagement, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- User Acquisition: Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel user acquisition campaigns, including social media advertising, search engine marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- User Engagement: Create engaging content and campaigns to drive user interaction and retention, such as social media contests, email newsletters, and in-app notifications.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and identify high-performing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate funds to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Execute multi-channel growth strategies: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Optimize customer journeys: Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns, automate workflows, and personalize customer experiences to drive engagement and conversions.
- Analyze customer data and performance metrics: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of driving SaaS user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with data analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
