Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, generating leads, and closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Contribute to the company’s growth by driving revenue through new client acquisition and expanding services with existing clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets while ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates and business opportunities.
- Candidate Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to placement and post-placement support.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and challenges to offer clients relevant solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to share best practices, strategies, and ensure smooth communication with clients and candidates.

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
