What are the responsibilities and job description for the D365 ERP Functional Consultant position at Curacao?
As an experienced D365 ERP Functional Consultant, you will have the primary responsibility of guiding all phases of the D365 ERP project lifecycle, including analysis, design, modeling, testing, pre- and post-go-live support, and solution deployment. Your role will make you a functional expert, ideally possessing a few years of Dynamics development experience, which will contribute to the overall success of the ERP migration project.
Your secondary responsibilities include the delivery of D365 Finance and Supply Chain configurations, custom development, and code integration using X . You will create and modify Finance and Operations reports and workspaces, customize user interfaces, provide endpoints and APIs to support Power Platform apps and external systems, conduct testing, monitor performance, analyze and manipulate data, create technical designs and implementation details, and implement permission policies and security requirements.
The ideal candidate should showcase the ability to evaluate processes and recommend improvements. You should demonstrate strong analytical, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills, along with a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility. Successful candidates will be self-motivated individuals and team players who consistently deliver projects on time.
Required Qualifications / Experience :
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support and development
- 5 years of development experience
- 4 years of X experience
- Experience with C# for external system integrations
- Proven experience in requirement gathering and discovery with SMEs, end users, and stakeholders
- Experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Management of development and production code branches in Azure DevOps
- Experience and strong working knowledge across D365 Supply Chain Management, and Finance modules such as Procurement, Inventory, AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting
- Experience in architecting solutions involving Dynamics customizations, creating forms, classes, extending tables, including server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins
- Experience in data migration, data management, and architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting, and integration services
- Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS)
