As an Asset Protection Manager at Curaleaf, you’ll play a crucial role in safeguarding our people, products, and property. We’re looking for a proactive leader to manage all aspects of security, including vendor partnerships, training, asset protection systems, and investigations. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the optimization of security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and fire safety, to ensure peak performance against emerging threats
- Design and implement engaging security training programs for employees while continually assessing and enhancing the performance of the security team
- Conduct investigations into lost cash, inventory shrinkage, and security incidents, partnering with law enforcement and audit teams to drive effective resolutions
- Strategically oversee the security department's budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation while actively monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for savings
- Oversee the security help desk ticket system, ensuring timely issue resolution and proper documentation while collaborating with IT for improvements
- Evaluate and manage security guard vendors to uphold the highest professionalism and performance standards, continuously monitoring effectiveness and implementing improvements as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans to safeguard employees and visitors, effectively coordinating with local authorities and emergency services when necessary
- Establish and enforce robust security policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, conduct regular audits to assess adherence and recommend impactful improvements
What You’ll Bring:
- 5 years of experience in security management, asset protection, or a related field
- You have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely and successful completion
- In-depth knowledge of security systems, technology, and best practices, along with a strong grasp of relevant safety and security regulations
- You have strong leadership abilities paired with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
