You’ll collaborate with teams like Cultivation and Manufacturing to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency, directly impacting profitability and business success. What You’ll Do:
- Perform cost analysis, oversee month-end closing, and lead variance analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure precise costing and accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making
- Manage inventory controls, conduct counts, and lead reconciliation
- Oversee inter-company inventory transactions and streamline reporting processes
- Support ERP implementation and lead inventory audits
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- You have cost accounting experience in manufacturing and a strong understanding of costing methods
- You have advanced Excel skills and excel at managing and analyzing large data sets
- You are a team-oriented, self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced, start-up environments
- You are willing to travel up to 30% for inventory audits, team meetings, and ERP implementation
Even Better If:
- You hold a CPA or CMA certification
- You have experience with ERP implementation and in environments with multiple operating units
