About the Role:
The Director, Learning and Development will support the assessment, creation, and execution of strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, workforce engagement, retention, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement leadership development programs, succession planning frameworks, and learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create impactful learning and development programs to address skill gaps, career growth, and organizational changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive change initiatives and enhance onboarding processes.
- Use data analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness and support DEIB efforts.
- Partner with external institutions to provide internships and manage vendor relationships as needed.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development and Learning & Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of change management principles, adult learning theories, and diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and modern learning methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective consultation, coaching abilities, and the ability to design impactful OD interventions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience or certification in psychometric tools (e.g., CliftonStrengths, DiSC, MBTI).
Compensation:
$140,000—$160,000 USD
