Lead Inventory Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $24.00

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct inventory inspections and maintain METRC and Biotrack logs to ensure accurate traceability of plant and product movement throughout the facility.
- Communicate with the cultivation team to create new plantings in METRC and generate plant tags.
- Perform weekly physical counts of flower rooms and mother rooms, ensuring accuracy across internal records.
- Update tracking boards with accurate strain counts per table and per room.
- Audit all plant rooms monthly through Biotrack and METRC systems.
- Address discrepancies, document findings, and collaborate with team leads and Compliance Manager to resolve issues.
- Manage plant waste logging, processing, and proper disposal in Biotrack/METRC.
- Assist with harvests, uploading new plants into METRC, and completing monthly audits.
- Train and educate team members on data collection and auditing systems.
- Submit weekly reports to the Compliance Manager and participate in problem-solving initiatives to improve processes.
- Evaluate current systems to enhance operations, reporting, and compliance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years of experience in data management and auditing.
- Advanced knowledge of database systems, data integration, and extraction processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours per day.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally required to climb, stoop, and crouch.
- Potential exposure to allergens such as dust, pollen, and plant pathogens.
- Daily use of PPE, including masks, hair nets, respirators, and non-slip shoes.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and in environments with loud noises, such as air compressors and packaging equipment.
