About the Rol
e: The Vice President (VP) of Talent Resources is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition and talent management strategies that align with the organization's business goals. This role oversees recruiting, leadership development, organizational development, learning initiatives, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) programs. The VP of Talent Resources will drive initiatives that attract, engage, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance, people-first culture in our fast-paced, dynamic, and growing cannabis indust
