As a Senior Program Manager at CuraLinc, you will lead and execute critical projects across our growing portfolio. This role will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the healthcare industry, preferably with experience in cross functional software development, data analytics and operational process improvements.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Multiple Concurrent Projects, Ensuring they are Delivered on Time, within Budget, and to the Required Scope and Quality Standards
- Develop Detailed Project Plans, Including Scope, Timelines, Resources, and Budgets
- Proactively Identify and Manage Project Risks and Issues, Escalating as Needed
- Effectively Communicate Project Status and Updates to Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Development Teams, and Clients
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Implementation, Finance and ELT to Ensure Project Success
- Manage Project Budgets and Track Expenses, Ensuring Projects Remain within Budget
- Implement and Maintain Project Management Best Practices and Methodologies (E.G., Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
- Mentor and Guide Junior Project Managers, Fostering a Culture of Project Management Excellence
- Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of Project Management Processes within the Organization
- Stay Up-To-Date with Industry Trends and Regulatory Requirements within the Healthcare Space (E.G., HIPAA, GDPR, Fedramp Etc.)
