Position Summary : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to work closely with our CEO and founding team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients within the healthcare sector, focusing on organizations engaged in value-based care. This role involves proactive outreach, lead generation, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation and Prospecting :

  • Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and accountable care organizations involved in value-based care.
  • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.

Lead Qualification :

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and goals related to population health management and value-based care.
  • Assess the fit between potential clients and Curamatic's solutions, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Pipeline Management :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff of prospects.
  • Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and campaigns tailored to the target audience.
  • Provide feedback to product development based on interactions with prospects to inform future enhancements.
  • Market Intelligence :

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting value-based care and population health management.
  • Share insights with the team to inform strategic planning and positioning.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales development, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
  • Familiarity with value-based care models and population health management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
