Job Summary
We are looking for a Home Care Aide(s) to join our team IMMEDIATELY (4/17 OR 4/18 START DATE)! You will be directly working with an elderly female client who recently had spinal surgery. Candidates must be able to lift 180lbs! The client will have a family member in the home 24/7 to assist as well. You will operate with a big heart, not only by providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets this client's needs. Prior Home Care or Hospice experience is a plus.
Hours:
This position STARTS as a LIVE-IN OR 24/7 CARE for 2-3 weeks. Hours will then reduce based on clients need. Looking to hire multiple candidates!

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
- Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, or assisting with personal care
- Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
- Give medications and immunizations
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program or
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of prior professional experience
- Driver’s license required
