Hospital in a North Dakota community of over 70,000 is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a group of 8 physicians and 8 APPs who provide care for one of the most progressive heart programs in the country. This is a non-profit, integrated health system. The hospital is a 248 bed, Level II Trauma Center located in Missouri River valley surrounded by high hills, green woods/forests, and charming farm country.
Hospital Employee . 1:4 Call Ratio. Annual Salary. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, Malpractice, Disability. Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract. $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details). Estimated potential compensation floor with wRVUs is an average of $1,000,000 after practice is established.
