Northwest Ohio in a quaint community is seeking a provider for outpatient care in a new state-of-the-art building completed in 2019. You will join an experienced staff with one physician, two experienced CNP's with onsite imaging, LAB draw station, specialty clinics, care navigation, referral coordinator and pharmacy. Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. Telephone Consultation with 1:3 Call Ratio. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available up to $30,000 . Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. Central location on I-75, 45 minutes south of Toledo and I-80.. Community: Global headquarters of Marathon Petroleum, Cooper Tire, and Whirlpool.
