Established ENT practice doing 60% adult work needs to replace a senior ENT that has recently retired. Expect to see 30 patients per day in an office with endoscopy equipment, microscopes and a full audiology suite. Trauma and Head/neck cases are quickly transferred to larger facilities. Expect about 40% of your time will be doing surgery.
