Our client, a privately owned (by the partners) primary practice consisting of 2 full time MD's , 3 full time PA's, 1 part time PA, 1 RN, 1 pharmacist (part time) and one part time behavioral health provider. They have been in private practice since 2003, however, the partners have been working together since 1997 (they were previously part of a large organization) is looking for an Internal Medicine trained physician to join their practice due to growth.
