Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Assist in the coordination of office activities and events.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for documents and records.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases as needed.
Qualifications:
