Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product or service-related issues, complaints, and technical difficulties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM software.

Qualifications:
