In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our data management systems, ensuring that all customer interactions are logged accurately and efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing data entry tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry into our customer management system.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, logging all interactions and outcomes in the system.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information in databases.
- Generate and analyze reports related to customer interactions and satisfaction rates.
- Assist in developing and updating customer service procedures and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in computer science or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
