Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering guidance.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate logs in the database.
Qualifications
