The Event Assistant will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves working closely with event planners, vendors, and clients to deliver outstanding experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
- Help manage logistics, including venue setup, catering, audio / visual needs, and transportation.
- Attend events to assist with setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Support the event planning team with administrative tasks, such as maintaining budgets, schedules, and guest lists.
- Gather feedback from clients and attendees to assess the success of events.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media promotion and event documentation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the event planner or manager.
