This role is essential for maintaining a well-organized environment and supporting various departments with their administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage and maintain filing systems both electronically and physically
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as required
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain databases to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
