Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation accurately and promptly.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed for various departments and projects.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by assisting with necessary paperwork and orientation materials.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and reordering, ensuring that all materials are stocked and available for use.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an office or clerical role preferred, demonstrating familiarity with office practices.
