Curate’s Social Media Manager, will be dedicated to telling the Curate Entertainment Story and sharing the brand of Curate Entertainment with our valued vendors and Clients. As the driving force behind Curate Entertainment's social presence your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective social media strategies, generating compelling content, fostering audience interaction, and steering the trajectory of brand awareness and objectives alongside our CEO. This role calls for a proactive and imaginative individual equipped with a profound comprehension of social media platforms, emerging trends, and analytical insights. This is a highly collaborative role with our CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Curate Entertainments marketing goals and brand identity.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram including written copy, images, videos, and graphics.
- Platform Management: Monitor and maintain the Instagram account. With intentions of expanding social media platforms in the future.
- Audience Engagement: Proactively engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers and potential customers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze social media performance metrics and provide Monthly detailed reports to Curate Entertainment, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize social media presence.
- Reputation Management: Monitor online mentions and reviews, respond to customer feedback promptly, and address any negative sentiments professionally.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with Curate Entertainment CEO and Creative team to align strategies and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Compliance and Guidelines: Ensure all social media activities follow industry best practices, comply with platform guidelines, and uphold the brand standards.
- Administrative work: Filling out the Content Studio and Content Calendar effectively. Gathering galleries/vendors from photographers we’ve worked with at each event. Cull through galleries and save selected photos to a Google Drive folder.
- Curate Entertainment contractor content capturing education and weekly directives to DJs and Assistants for gathering Content
Qualifications:
- Ability to stay updated on changes in social media platforms and industry best practices.
- Strong writing and editing skills for crafting engaging and compelling social media content.
- Good communication skills to interact with the audience and respond to comments and messages.
- Ability to develop creative and visually appealing content, including graphics and videos.
- Understanding of design principles and basic graphic design skills can be a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and interpret performance metrics.
- Ability to use data to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of target audience demographics and behavior.Ability to engage with the audience, address concerns, and foster positive relationships.
- Timely and appropriate response to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in social media trends, algorithms, and industry standards.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new features on social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Salary : $43,000 - $54,400
