What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Associate position at Curate Partners?
Inventory Analyst - Must work on-site in San Pedro, CA 5 days/week
- Label Creation: Make labels with part descriptions, GPN, location, and legacy part numbers to speed up the storekeeper’s process in locating/issuing out parts.
- GPN Creation and part modification Create GPNs, adjust legacy part numbers, part descriptions, accounting groups, and other part-related data to ensure accuracy. Also, bulk upload of default locations. Also adjust unit of measures
- KPI Updates: Update the SQDC board with daily and weekly KPIs
- Inventory Optimization: Optimize safety stock levels and reorder points by compiling historical part data to forecast demand and ensure timely repairs. (OP/OQ)
- EMT Preparation: Prepare the EMT tool for crane run hours and send it to OCU for execution.
- Data Input and Correction for Strad Shop: Input Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) data, ensuring descriptions, equipment, object IDs are accurate, and correct any discrepancies. (Now using EMT tool, where I can validate and execute into IFS)
- IFS Inventory Data Management: Review and fix gaps in IFS inventory data and submitting a bulk upload for adjusting on hand quantity. (correcting what was originally inputted wrong into IFS)
- PRM Toolkit: Assisting in the creation of the PRM toolkit by adding in the GPNs and part descriptions for the parts needed from IFS.
- Print GPN Labels: To apply on each items stored for stock Inventory stock taking project
- Purchase Requisition Cleanup: Delete and or adjust PR’s based on the demand requirement for order point planning.
- Purchase Requisition Creation: For specific services required by Planners, Equipment Managers and or Inventory Managers.
