About the Job
Curate Partners is looking for a skilled Inventory Associate to enhance our inventory management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with data input, correction, and analysis, as well as GPN creation and modification.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Input and Correction: Verify and update CM and PM data in IFS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Inventory Data Management: Identify and resolve discrepancies in IFS inventory data, maintaining high-quality records.
- GPN Creation and Part Modification: Develop and implement effective strategies for creating GPNs, updating part-related data, and adjusting unit of measures.
- KPI Updates: Monitor and analyze KPIs on the SQDC board, providing actionable insights for process improvement.
- Inventory Optimization: Conduct thorough analyses of historical part data to inform forecasting, optimizing safety stock levels and reordering points.
- EMT Preparation: Coordinate EMT tool preparation for crane run hours and execute tasks accordingly.
- Label Creation: Design and produce labels with essential information to facilitate efficient inventory management.
- Purchase Requisition Cleanup: Manage purchase requisitions, deleting or adjusting them as necessary to align with demand requirements.
- Purchase Requisition Creation: Collaborate in generating PRs for specific services requested by stakeholders.
- Print GPN Labels: Ensure accurate application of labels on stored items for inventory stock-taking purposes.
