Job Title : Sage Intacct Consultant – Fractional Project Support

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Sage Intacct Consultant to provide fractional project support for our clients. This role is ideal for an individual with strong expertise in Sage Intacct implementation, customization, and optimization who can work flexibly to assist clients with specific needs. As a Sage Intacct Consultant, you will support our clients with a range of activities, from system setup and integration to process improvement and troubleshooting. Your role will focus on providing high-quality, results-driven consulting services tailored to each client"s needs.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of client projects in a part-time, flexible capacity. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Sage Intacct, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work independently to deliver client solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• System Implementation & Configuration : Lead and support the implementation of Sage Intacct for clients, ensuring proper configuration of the system based on the client"s business processes and requirements.
• Customization & Optimization : Customize Sage Intacct modules and features to meet the unique needs of the client, including financial management, billing, and reporting. Continuously optimize the system to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
• Data Migration : Support clients in migrating data to Sage Intacct, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and successful transition from legacy systems to Sage Intacct.
• Integration Management : Assist in integrating Sage Intacct with other systems (e.g., CRM, payroll, banking, and other enterprise systems) to streamline business operations and ensure seamless data flow.
• Client Training & Support : Provide training to client teams on the effective use of Sage Intacct, including best practices for day-to-day financial management. Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionality as needed.
• Process Improvement & Consultation : Work with clients to identify opportunities for improving financial processes and leveraging Sage Intacct features to enhance operational efficiency.
• System Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve issues or inefficiencies within the Sage Intacct system. Provide troubleshooting assistance, including addressing technical concerns, data discrepancies, and user-related challenges.
• Reporting & Analysis : Help clients design and implement custom reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct. Provide insights to clients on how to use the system's reporting capabilities to better understand their financial performance and make informed decisions.
• Project Documentation & Recommendations : Provide clear documentation on project status, configurations, and process changes. Offer actionable recommendations to improve system use and enhance overall functionality.
• Fractional Project Support : Manage and prioritize client needs within the scope of fractional project timelines, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications :

At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Sage Intacct consultant or in a similar role implementing and optimizing Sage Intacct for clients.

Strong proficiency in Sage Intacct, including configuration, customization, and integrations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients to understand their needs and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fractional project capacity.
