Overview:
Curated Events is actively seeking an accomplished and highly skilled IT Operations/Support Lead to join our team and drive efficiency and reliability of our IT operations. The Lead will be based in Apex, North Carolina and will support the daily operations of the IT department across all locations. The Lead will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of company technology. This includes monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, interacting with our IT services providers and providing technical support for end users. The Lead’s primary focus is in ensuring that our team members receive exceptional and timely technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with MSP to manage and administer IT systems including servers, networks, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Perform regular system updates and backups.
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Document and track issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with MSP and other service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Support new location rollouts including site planning and IT equipment installation
- Act as liaison between the company and all technology service providers
- Manage the IT onboarding and offboarding processes including hardware and access provisioning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT operations and help desk/end user support with at least 5 years’ experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to efficiently and accurately process large volumes of information within a specified period of time.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks effectively and timely

- Insight to know when other departments need to be informed of an IT development
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and initiative to provide policy and standards enforcement
- Advanced computer skills required, especially in Microsoft 365, Azure and Salesforce.
