What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Manage up to 10 field crew members on-site to execute events with precision, ensuring quality and professionalism from start to finish.
- Client Relationships: Be the go-to point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, excellent service, and a smooth execution of every project.
- Master Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of logistics, from transportation and equipment management to scheduling and vendor coordination.
- Safety & Quality: Maintain strict safety standards while ensuring top-notch quality and meeting budget expectations.
- Get Ready for Adventure: Spend your days outdoors, leading your team through exciting and diverse events, from corporate gatherings to dream weddings.
- Adapt & Deliver: Whether it’s a simple setup or a complex installation, ensure each project meets and exceeds client expectations.

- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing teams and handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Expertise: You know how to organize, coordinate, and execute large-scale projects on time and on budget.

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Deadlines, budgets, and logistics? No problem. You thrive on keeping everything organized and ensuring the highest standards of quality.

- Flexibility: Events can happen at any time, so the ability to work long days, weekends, and travel throughout the DMV area is key.
- Event or Production Experience: Whether it’s in event production, logistics, or leadership, experience in a similar field is a plus—but we’ll train you if you’re new to the industry.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in project management, event production, or leadership roles
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (English, Spanish, or both a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stay active for long hours
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- A clean driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must!
